IBM TO Create Jobs In Tuttle Crossing Area

IBM says it will will create a new analytics center in the Tuttle Crossing area that could create 500 jobs over the next three years.Ron Lovell, vice president of the IBM Client Center for Advanced Analytics, says new hires would build computer applications and models to allow businesses to better draw conclusions from data. Lovell says IBM also is collaborating with Ohio State on a new business and technology curricula for undergraduates. It's another example of the growing influence of corporate funding on academic endeavors.
