A Columbus man is charged with stealing a South Carolina man's identity to rack up nearly 350 thousand dollars in medical bills at OSU's Medical center. Ohio State University police say 41-year-old Kenneth Marshall used a stolen driver's license to get medical care. He's being held in the Franklin County jail.
