Columbus, OH – A few weeks ago, backers of an Ohio crackdown on illegal immigration vowed to go to the ballot this November with a plan that would let local police enforce national immigration rules. Now, those activists are giving up on the idea for THIS year....while insisting that they'll do it NEXT year. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
