Columbus, OH – The impasse in the Ohio legislature over how to fill a projected $851 million state budget gap continues, with no end in sight. Some majority Republicans in the Ohio Senate have agreed to go along with a plan by Democrats to delay this year's 4.2% state income tax cut. The Republicans are asking for changes in rules for state university building projects. The Democrats don't like that idea. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
