Indicted School District Officials Now Facing New Charges

Court dates are pending for two Richmond Heights school district officials who now face new criminal charges.  Superintendent Robert Moore and maintenance supervisor Richard Muse are now accused of submitting inflated expense reports.  They previously pleaded not guilty to extortion, bribery and theft charges for allegedly shaking down a contractor doing business with the district.
