Indictments Issued In Fatal Shooting Of Hilltop Bystander

Trial dates are pending for two people indicted by a Franklin County grand jury this week for shooting and killing an innocent bystander. 21-year-old Jalen Hall and 20-year-old Alexa Curtis face murder and weapons charges out of the fatal shooting of 61-year-old Charles Mahon on July 20th. Columbus police say the Hilltop resident was standing on his porch when he was struck by a stray bullet fired after the two suspects became involved in an argument over 80 dollars. Police say Curtis summoned Hall to 'get back' at the neighbors with whom she was arguing.
