Inmate Convicted Of Killing Another Inmate

A Ross County Jury has convicted a state prison inmate of killing another inmate.52-year-old Carl Hall was serving time for murder when he stabbed 28-year-old Na'Tuan Williams with a handmade knife at the Ross Correctional Institution in June of 2011. Hall said he stabbed Williams in self-defense because Williams previously assaulted him.
