Insurers Report Costly Winter Storm Damage

Insurance companies say the cold snap that hit the state last month caused at least 98 million dollars in damages. The Ohio Insurance Institute says damage from the subzero cold, heavy snow and gusty winds caused by the polar vortex is expected to be the second costliest winter event in more than 20 years.
