Jackets' Calvert Signs Three-Year Contract

The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed restricted-free-agent-to-be Matt Calvert to a three-year, 6.6 million dollar contract. The deal runs through the 2017-18 season, and leaves the team with 500 thousand dollars in salary cap space for the upcoming season. The left winger Calvert scored 13 goals last season.
