A Gahanna man has pleaded guilty to causing a crash that killed one pedestrian and injured another last August. Police say 39-year-old Scott Haslehurst, a guard at the Franklin County Jail, was intoxicated when he crossed a center line on Appian Way north, drove onto a roadway shoulder and hit two people. A 59-year-old woman died, and a 41-year-old man was seriously hurt. Sentencing is scheduled for August 21.
