Jail Inmate Attacker Sentenced

A judge has sentenced a man accused in the death of a central Ohio child-rape suspect after a jail assault to five years in prison. Zachary Butler also was fined 15 hundred dollars and ordered to serve three years' probation after prison.  The Champaign County Sheriff's Office says Butler beat David Piersol in jail last April. Butler says other inmates continued to attack Piersol in a jail bathroom. Prosecutors say there is no evidence to back up that claim.
