A federal judge has granted class action status to workers suing Chinese glass maker Fuyao over pay practices at it's Moraine plant.
Several employees say they were not properly paid overtime and were not fully relieved of their duties during lunch breaks. The company has denied the accusations, but must submit a list of employees from the last three years so attorneys can contact them about joining the lawsuit. 13 workers filed the original suit.
