A Franklin County judge has ruled the organization running the Lincoln Theater is not required to show children's movies in the summer, settling a lawsuit filed by its former owner. Charles Adrian filed the suit in 2013 claiming his contract with Columbus included an agreement to show children's films on Saturday mornings during the summer. They were shown last year, but the Lincoln Theatre Association ended the program after being unable cover expenses. The judge ruled the association and the city honored the contract language.
