A Franklin County judge has ordered Reynoldsburg teachers and school officials to mediation in their ongoing contract dispute. Judge Michael Holbrook also ruled the district must stay open while teachers walk the picket lines in a dispute over salaries, class sizes and other issues. The judge made the rulings after a parent, who is employed by a union representing district support staff, sued to close the district, citing safety concerns.
