A Franklin County judge has ruled Dallas-based Capital Partners may purchase the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn hotels near Port Columbus for nearly 17 million dollars.The judge had to approve the sale to one of multiple bidders or allow the hotels that have been in receivership to be sold at auction. The sales are expected to close by the end of April.
