Attorneys for the Bellefontaine woman accused of suffocating her three young sons will not oppose the genetic testing sought by prosecutors. The prosecution wants a blood sample from 24-year-old Brittany Pilkington to rule out genetic disorders as the cause of the deaths. Defense attorneys also want a judge to throw out Pilkington's confession, split the case into three trials and remove the death penalty as a possibile punishment. A judge has rescheduled Pilkington's trial from October to February 27 of next year.
