Jury Deadlocks In Sexual Assault Trial Of Columbus Firefighter

A Delaware County jury has deadlocked on a verdict in the case of a Columbus firefighter charged with raping a 5-year-old female relative. County prosecutors say they will retry 52-year-old Timothy Durbin for allegedly assaulting the girl over a  two year period. Durbin is on administrative leave.
