A Franklin County woman is the first in Ohio to hold an abusive ex-husband accountable for her pain and suffering. A jury has awarded Jennifer Kershaw more than 21 million dollars in damages after she sued her former husband, Jerry Bailey, last year. He spent two days in jail for an attack that left her with broken facial bones, cuts and bruises.
