Kentucky's attorney general has filed a lawsuit against Dublin-based Cardinal Health, which has been linked to an opioid pipeline.
The AG says based on market share, Cardinal distributed tens of millions of doses of prescription opioids in Kentucky over the last year. The company is accused of using misleading business practices to flood the state with opioids and failing to report suspiciously large volumes of shipments to authorities. Cardinal is facing more than 300 such lawsuits.
