Kings Island Changes Policy Regarding Special-Needs Riders

Parents of special-needs children are upset with a new policy at Kings Island amusement park in Mason. The park is now requiring guests with disabilities to obtain "boarding passes" with specific times they can ride certain attractions. Parents say the policy changed without warning after years of being allowed to jump in the front of the line to avoid lengthy wait times. Kings Island officials say the times on the passes are equal to the time to wait in line.
