Lancaster Police File Charges Following Weekend Fatal Shooting

Lancaster police have filed charges out of a fatal shooting Sunday night at a motel on East Main Street. 29-year-old Sonny Minshall is charged with shooting and killing his former girlfriend, 27-year-old Corena Bower. No word on a motive.
