Republican State Senator Frank LaRose says he's running for Ohio Secretary of State next year. LaRose joins Republican State Represenative Dorothy Pelanda and Democratic State Representative Kathleen Clyde in the race. LaRose says he wants to improve voter turnout and make elections more competitive. LaRose served with U.S. Army Special Forces in Iraq and Kosovo.
