Lawmaker Creates Funding Stream For His Organization

The "Dayton Daily News" reports State Senator Chris Widener slipped an amendment into the state budget bill that sends money to a nonprofit group he co-founded.The Springfield Republican says he did nothing unethical in creating a measure sending money from the Clark County hotel tax to the Ohio Equine and Agricultural Association.
