Columbus, OH – To paddle or not to paddle. That is the question....for Ohio school districts when they try to discipline persistently unruly students. And most schools have answered that question by NOT paddling. Still, a few Ohio school districts continue to allow the practice. And that's why some state legislators are pushing for a new law that would BAN corporal punishment across Ohio. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
