Columbus, OH – Reaction to Governor Strickland's state-of-the-state address is mixed. Minority Democrats in the legislature are praising it. Majority Republicans are not so enthusiastic. But, the differing reactions are not totally based on party lines. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
