Layoffs Of Cincinnati City Workers Avoided

Dozens of Cincinnati city workers who faced layoffs this year won't lose their jobs.City Council has restored nearly four-million-dollars in budget cuts after receiving higher-than-expected income tax revenues. Nearly 70 jobs in several departments will be saved, including those in health, public services and parks and recreation.
