Legislators Consider Law Requiring Wireless Companies To Permit Tracking In Emergencies

Wireless companies can track the location of virtually every cell phone in their coverage areas, and Ohio legislators are considering passing a new law that would make sure that that ability can be quickly used in emergencies. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
