Columbus, OH – The Libertarian candidate for Ohio governor has just unveiled something he notes that neither the Democrat nor the Republican candidate has unveiled ---- a plan to balance the next two-year state budget AND wipe out the state income tax immediately. As statehouse correspondent Bill cohen reports, though, the plan would kill many government programs....and that's prompting advocates for children, the poor, and the elderly to protest.
