License Plate Changes May Not Be In Budget

The new state budget may require drivers to replace their license plates every seven years, and bicentennial license plates could be recalled this year.Currently drivers are required to replace plates when the numbers and letters become unreadable. But Dave Pagnard with the Office of Budget and Management says the proposals from the Ohio Department of Public Safety may not be in the governor's spending plan.
