The former treasurer of the Watkins Memorial High School Band Boosters club in Pataskala has been charged with stealing 67 thousand dollars from the group. Ernest Bowers allegedly spend the money on personal expenses including travel, gasoline and adult entertainment. Bowers stepped down in May. Prosecutors say they are considering filing charges against his wife, who is the former president of the group.
