Local Church Collecting Goods To Donate To WVA Flood Victims

A Fairfield County church is collecting donations to help flood victims in West Virginia. Victory Hill Church in Carroll is accepting cleaning supplies, toiletries, blankets and stuffed animals for delivery this weekend. Flooding has claimed two-dozen lives and left 44 West Virginia counties underwater.
