A Hilliard couple who owns a home health care service awaits sentencing in a 1-million-dollar health care scheme. 51-year-old Riyad Altallaa and 49-year-old Muna Alnoubani have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Prosecutors say the owners of Columbus Home Health Care Services fabricated time sheets and training records, resulting in fraudulent Medicaid and Medicare billings. The case is part of a nationwide enforcement operation that led to 12 hundred individuals being charged in schemes that totaled more than 3.4 billion dollars in fraudulent billings.
