A federal jury has convicted the operator of a central Ohio defense contractor on charges of fraud and making false claims. Federal prosecutors say 63-year-old Stephan Boggs ran a company called Boggs & Associates, which sold and supplied parts and components used on various weapons systems that failed meet military specifications. Prosecutors say the components were sold through 30 purchase orders issued by the Defense Logistics Agency. Sentencing is pending.
