Local Deputy Convicted Of Raping Child

A Marion County jury has convicted a former Delaware County jail guard of raping a 5-year-old girl  he was babysitting. Sentencing is scheduled next Friday for 28-year-old Randy Spencer, who raped the girl between June 2012 and last April. Spencer's attorney says his client will appeal and prosecutors had no physical evidence.
