Dublin-based IGS Energy has reached an agreement to buy its Powell-based rival, Border Energy. Details of the deal have not been disclosed. IGS says it will continue to honor Border’s existing contracts as part of the deal. It is the latest consolidation among unregulated energy suppliers.
