A former Circleville fashion model whose murder conviction was tossed out by a judge is scheduled to appear in court again next Wednesday.
Tara Lambert has been indicted on charges of trying to hire someone to kill her husband’s ex-wife. Her conviction for trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband's ex-wife was tossed out last year after the judge ruled the case should not have been allowed to proceed due to a prosecutor's error in the indictment language. Prosecutors say the re-indictment is not double jeopardy because the ruling voided the previous case.
