Local HIV-Postitive Man Charged In Needle Exchange Case

Franklin County Sheriff's Office

Franklin County prosecutors have charged an HIV positive man who allegedly used the same needle to give himself and his stepdaughter tattoos. 42-year-old Jeremy Huffman has been indicted on felonious assault and child endangerment charges. The family denies the allegations that Huffman gave his 15-year-old stepdaughter eight tattoos over a two year time period. Prosecutors say at least four of the tattoos were given after Huffman had tattooed himself and the child's mother, who also is HIV positive.
