An HIV-positive Columbus man suspected of raping three children has been indicted by a Franklin County grand jury. 27-year-old Keith Allen is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on 19 counts of rape and gross sexual imposition. He is accused of raping two 12-year-old girls and a 14-year-old girl since September 1. Another felonious assault charge alleges he had sex with a woman knowing he has HIV.
