Children's Hospital in Columbus is preparing a defense against a federal civil rights lawsuit. More than a half-dozen families are claiming they were wrongfully accused of abusing their children. The families claim the hospital subjected kids to excessive testing and conspired with Franklin County Children Services to build criminal cases instead of caring for their young ones.
