Local Judge To Resign

Franklin County Environmental Court Judge Harland Hale says he will resign on May 24th.The resignation comes amid an Ohio Supreme Court investigation into Hale's alleged dismissal of a traffic ticket against the attorney defending him in state and federal lawsuits related to sexual-harassment complaints. Governor John Kasich will appoint a successor to the 57-year-old Republican judge.
