A Franklin County judge refused to grant Pilot Flying J's request to dismiss breach-of-contract and other claims against the truck-stop chain owned by Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam. Several companies have sued Pilot for cheating them out of promised discounts and rebates. Haslam has not been charged and has denied knowing about the scheme, which came to light after the FBI raided the company's headquarters in 2013.
