A Franklin County jury has acquitted a man suspected of shooting and killing one person and wounding another. But jurors found 23-year-old D'Quante Stewart guilty of kidnapping and felonious assault. Sentencing is scheduled August 5. Prosecutors had accused Stewart of shooting and killing 41-year-old Sabrina Jackson and wounding 56-year-old Ricky Searcy near East 5th Avenue in 2014. He was found guilty of shooting at Searcy and luring him out of his car before the shooting. The shootings resulted from a lengthy feud.
