A Franklin County jury has acquitted a man in the 2012 death of a man whose body was found in trash dumped from a garbage truck. But 24-year-old Dewhite Riley will serve ten months in prison after being convicted of using the victim's stolen credit cards. The body of 45-year-old Dean Reinhard was found in January 2012 at a disposal company's transfer station. The cause of death was strangulation.
