Sentencing is scheduled next week for a Delaware County man convicted yesterday of sexually assaulting a girl in a public park. Scott Spencer is facing ten years in prison. A jury found Spencer guilty of assaulting a 14-year-old girl at Highbanks Metropark last year after meeting her online. The Ohio Department of Transportation fired Spencer from his job as chief legal counsel last August for surfing porn websites on his work computer.
