Local Man Sentenced For Assaulting Child

The man convicted of assaulting a teenage girl in a Delaware County park was sentenced yesterday to two years in prison. Prosecutors say 58-year-old Scott Spencer of Columbus met the 14-year-old girl online and sexually assaulted her at Highbanks Metropark.
