Local Man Sentenced For Groping Women In Their Homes

A Franklin County man convicted of breaking into homes to grope women and girls will serve 25 years in prison. 21-year-old Taylor Wise pleaded guilty yesterday to charges of climbing into his neighbors' bedroom windows last year to fondle his victims.
