Local Massage Parlor Chain Owner Pleads Guilty To Charges Related To Human Trafficking

The operator of a chain of local massage parlors that forced illegal immigrants into prostitution has pleaded guilty to multiple charges. 46-year-old Hui Li is the alleged ringleader of the human-trafficking operation that operated out of several massage parlors. Li operated the parlors from February 2014 until her arrest in January, when 11 women were rescued. The women were kept at a house in Franklinton and driven to the parlors to work. A sentencing date is pending.
