U.S. Postal Service officials say a central Ohio letter carrier has been indicted on charges of stockpiling other people's mail. Charles Moore has been indicted for destroying mail or delaying mail delivery.  Officials say Moore stashed thousands of pieces of mail in his Clinton Township home over the course 18 months. The mail was intended for residents of the 43202 ZIP code.
