Franklin County prosecutors have dismissed charges against a Gwinnett Braves baseball player accused of raping a woman in a downtown Columbus hotel in May of last year. Prosecutors say the alleged victim of 25-year-old Elmer Reyes does not want to pursue charges. Reyes was indicted on charges of kidnapping and raping the woman at the hotel.
