A suspect in the robberies of five Franklin County businesses is in custody in Delray Beach, Florida. 38-year-old Matthew Foreman was arrested last week and awaits extradition. Police have called the robber the “Monster Mobster” because he wears clothing with an energy drink company logo. Police say he was being treated for heroin addiction when arrested.
